You return the ordered product to us within 14 days with a copy of the invoice. Clearly state on the invoice that the item will be exchanged or returned.

The packaging and the product must be in original and undamaged condition .
If you want to receive your money back, please mention this on the copy of your invoice. Please state your bank account number and name. The amount of the order will be transferred to your account within 5 working days after your package has been received.

The costs for shipping and returns are for your account.

You can also opt for a credit on a next order. You can make this known to us and we will then create a discount coupon for you that you can redeem digitally with your next order.
