Did you order the wrong light source or are you not satisfied with the product?
Then you can return it to us within 14 days after receipt. Under the conditions that the lamps have not been used and the packaging is still intact. The costs for returns are therefore at your expense. After 14 days, the purchase is final and you are the owner of the purchased items.
The personal information we ask from you will only be used to process your order as efficiently as possible. We respect and guarantee your privacy. Personal information will under no circumstances be given to third parties.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs.
The costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur.

Packages damaged by opening will not be returned.
You must also ensure that the article is returned properly, so no address stickers on the original packaging.
All our transactions take place through Stichting Derdengelden so that you never run any risks.
