Philips TL-X XL tube straight 38 mm thick fluorecentielampen. They are specially developed for use in hazardous areas in purpose-built fixtures and are just in the standard color tubes (color 33/640). Light output is the same as the standard tube. 10% failure at 21,000 hours on conventional ballast. Provided with pin contacts with minimum tolerances in the dimensioning, in combination with special lamp holders is thus prevent sparking. This Philips TL-X XL is provided with internal ignition strip for quick launch and start so without starter.

Application.Is commonly used in refractory luminaires with increased safety for both indoor and outdoor applications and is used in the (petro) chemical industry, offshore, used mines. Wherever explosive gases may occur.

The TL-X XL lamp FA6 lamp base is dimmable to the correct ballast.

Available in wattages 20W and 40W. The color rendering (Ra)> 65
